Hi, I’m Cara!


I am the girl behind the camera! My goal is the make your personality radiate from your photos.


I have always had a passion for documenting what was in front of me for as long as I can remember. I have memories of using my grandmother’s camera as a young child. I really fell in love with photography in college, though.


During my time at the University of Montevallo, I majored in Mass Communication with a focus in Broadcast Production. I took elective photography classes where I learned how to develop film and really fine tuned my knowledge of shooting in manual.


While living in Florida, photography was my full-time job.  For the last few years, I have been working full-time and running a domestic rabbit rescue called Little Loves Rabbit Rescue so I took a step back from photography being my main focus. However, between marketing at my former job and doing pet photography for animal shelters/rescues, I have kept a camera in my hand consistently for the last 10 or so years!


I am currently based out of the Little Rock area, but I frequently travel to central Alabama where I grew up!

A peek into my life

FUN FACTS

  • I married my husband in April 2019 and have been a military spouse since!
  • We have lived in Florida and now Arkansas but are both from Alabama!
  • We just welcomed our first baby, Eva, in February 2026.
  • We run our own nonprofit domestic rabbit rescue, Little Loves Rabbit Rescue.
  • We have 4 dogs, 1 cat and 7 rabbits. All of which were rescued in one way or another!
